Alex Carroll was born and raised in Victoria. His personal connection to Saanich and Oak Bay is fundamental to the reason Alex specializes in those neighbourhoods today. Alex is a mult-year MLS award winner and is consistently ranked in the top 15% of agents in Victoria. 

Lucas Hammond was born in South Africa, and moved to Victoria in 2011 to tain and compete full time with the Canadian National Rugby 7's team. He participated in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, two Commonwealth Games and two Sevens Rugby World Cups. Combining his unsurpassed work ethic with expertise and integrity, Lucas makes buying and selling properties simple and straightforward for his clients. He takes a client-centred approach and would love to support your real estate goals.

Mackenzie Mancini was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario and has spent most of her young adult life travelling throughout the world and living in Canada's most beautiful national parks. In 2021, she decided to make Vancouver Island her home. Her passion for real estate, architecture and client services makes her a valuable member of our team as the Exectutive Assistant.
